3Dembroidery
3Dembroidery (3D) is a 3Dpattern formed by using embroidery thread to wrap EVA glue inside, and can be produced on ordinary flat embroidery. (EVA adhesive comes in different thicknesses, hardness and colors). The thickness is in the range between the cloth foot and the cloth (3~5mm).
Patch embroidery
1. Patch embroidery is to paste another kind of fabric embroidery on the fabric, increase the 3Deffect or split-layer effect, can be done welt embroidery, patch hollow embroidery.
2. Process suitable scope and precautions:
The properties of the two fabrics of patch embroidery should not differ too much, the edge of the patch embroidery needs to be trimmed, and the fabric with high elasticity or insufficient density is prone to loose mouth and uneven phenomenon after embroidery.
Toothbrush embroidery
Toothbrush embroidery, also known as vertical line embroidery, can be produced on ordinary flat embroidery machines, the embroidery method is the same as 3Dembroidery, but after embroidery, you need to cut off a part of the film and take all the film away, and the embroidery thread is naturally erected.
Chain embroidery
Because the coil is a clasp and a ring, shaped like a chain, hence the name.
Towel embroidery
With different product requirements, the embroidery methods of towel embroidery (terry embroidery) are emerging one after another. Towel embroidery models include chain embroidery and towel embroidery methods.
Water-soluble embroidery

Water-soluble embroidery is an embroidery process, which is embroidered into cloth according to the design pattern on hot or cold dissolved paper or embroidered into parts, lace, etc. according to the shape of the part;
2. Process suitable scope and precautions:
Conventional parts can be embroidered according to the cloth, need to cut lace or arc of the part according to the part embroidery, because of the limited length of a single embroidery thread, the embroidery of the cloth will have a knotted phenomenon, unavoidable, try to avoid when cutting. The embroidery thread at the flower-shaped connection should not be too thin to avoid breakage.
Commonly used embroidery thread
1, human silk thread: human silk price is relatively expensive, good gloss, good color, bright color, suitable for high-end embroidery.
2, pure cotton thread: cheap price, can be used as face line and bottom line.
3, artificial cotton: also known as mercerized cotton.
4, polyester silk: embroidery commonly used thread. Also known as polyester silk.
5, gold and silver thread: embroidery common thread. Also known as metal wire.
6, embroidery thread: also known as PP thread. Good intensity, rich color.
7, milk silk: embroidery thread is not commonly used, soft feeling, fluffy texture.
8, low elasticity: embroidery thread is not commonly used, can be used as a bottom line.
9, high elastic wire: embroidery thread is not commonly used.
